Small-Group Training

Small-Group Training is an excellent option if you want to build strength and endurance, learn how to lift with awesome technique and learn how to move better. With the small-group training, you will be training 2-5x/week with up to 3 other awesome people. Within this group, you will be following an individualized program that will be catered to your personal goals and needs. You will also get unlimited support from me via text or email outside of our sessions. This is an excellent environment to become better, have fun and learn how to train so that you can confidently take care of your health for the rest of your life!


Personal Training

One-on-one personal training offers all of the same benefits as the small-group training with one exception - you will have my full, undivided attention during the session. Personal training is an excellent option if you are new to strength training or if you are dealing with an injury. If you are new to strength training, taking the time to learn proper technique, how to breathe effectively and how to move your body well will take you a very long way. I will teach you the basics and over time, you will master the basics. This will help you build a strong foundation of strength, mobility and awareness so that you can train safely for the rest of your life.

If you are dealing with an injury, I will teach you how to train around the injury while rehabbing the affected areas so that you can still work towards your goals. I have extensive experience in this area dealing with my own injuries as well as helping others deal with theirs as well. There is rarely a reason to completely stop training when we suffer an injury as there is always something else we can be doing to stay active in order to work towards your goals.

In a strategy session, I will sit down with you to discuss your health history, any past or current injuries you might have, and your specific goals. I will take this time to truly get to know you and hear about everything you're looking to accomplish.

I will then take you through a quick physical assessment. The assessment is very simple, and is a way for me to get a sense of how you move currently, and which program I think would be best for you!

After the physical assessment, I will give you a tour of the facility along with an in-depth explanation of exactly what it's like to work with me! By the end of it all, you should have a great sense of whether or not we are a good fit for each other.
